South Staffordshire College has an exciting opportunity for dedicated and enthusiastic lecturers to join our team.
We are looking for multiple individuals who can specialise in at least one of the following disciplines: Customer Service Construction Warehouse Early Years Sport The primary focus of the role will be to work alongside the employability team to deliver short 4-week programmes through our Sector Based Work Academies, supporting people into employment.
We are running a number of these programmes throughout the year, and the successful candidates will be required to deliver and assess a range of topics to learners aged 19+ in their respective disciplines, preparing them for a career in the sector and ensuring they are work-ready.
Applicants should have extensive experience working within their sector and be ideally qualified to at least a degree or equivalent.
Experience within the sector will be essential if a degree-level qualification is not held.
Successful applicants should ideally have experience in teaching, training, or assessment and hold a level 5 teaching qualification or be prepared to work towards one.
