The Tenancy Sustainment Officer will be based at our offices in West Bromwich/Birmingham .

Purpose of the role To understand the complex needs of tenants, licensees, or occupants of Adullam properties within the context of Supported Exempt Accommodation.
To deliver a consistently high customer service which enhances the quality of life for tenants by providing safe, secure, and attractive environments, creating sustainable communities.
You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association's values, culture, and ethos.
About you We are looking for a flexible, approachable individual with the ability to respond appropriately to challenging behaviour.
You will be customer-focused and have the ability to plan and prioritise effectively.
You will have good general IT skills and an understanding of the need for confidentiality.
