Objectives: Design captivating digital assets that drive engagement and conversions across paid media platforms, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Display.
Elevate the Free Soul brand through bold, performance-driven visuals that align with our tone of voice and brand guidelines.
Collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing and Brand teams to translate strategic goals into visually compelling, high-performing creative.
Optimise creatives through data insights, testing variations, and iterating designs to achieve business objectives.
Contribute to video production and editing to support campaigns and growth.
What You'll Be Doing: Performance Media Content Creation Develop performance-focused visual assets, including static ads, carousels, short-form videos, and animations.
Work alongside our Creative Strategist and Design team to execute on briefs tailored to audience segments and campaign objectives.
Retouch, color-correct, and optimise visuals for different platforms, ensuring each asset is designed for maximum performance.
Creative Storytelling Translate marketing goals into bold, engaging, and on-brand visuals that drive awareness and conversions.
Incorporate light motion graphics using tools like After Effects to enhance video content.
Collaboration Partner with the Brand team, Performance Marketing team to deliver cohesive, high-quality campaigns.
Ensure alignment with channel-specific performance goals and broader brand initiatives.
What We're Looking For: Experience & Skills Proven experience in performance marketing design or a related creative role, ideally within e-commerce, DTC, or a social-native brand.
Strong portfolio showcasing paid media designs, video content, and performance-driven creative work.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Figma.
Knowledge of platform-specific creative requirements for Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube Ads.
Experience in motion design and video editing, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
Attributes Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance metrics and optimise creative accordingly.
Passion for bold, innovative storytelling and a strong understanding of audience engagement trends.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally across teams.
Enthusiasm for staying ahead of creative trends in paid media and digital design.
