HRIT People are working with a highly innovative technology manufacturing business currently in a hyper-growth phase.
With 1,500 FTE and plan to increase this by up to 60% in the next 12 months.
The organization is currently located in 5 European Countries and 3 U.S. States.
Currently using ADP HCM as their internal HRIS System.
Therefore we are looking for an internal (100% Remote) full-time permanent HRIS Consultant, experienced with ADP to become the central point of contact internally for all HRIS requests, developments, and changes.
Tasks: You are the contact person for all internal who have questions about ADP HCM / iHCM Focus on the maintenance and development of Leave and absence, Expenses, Time registrations, Employee data Ideally have an affinity for IT & Technical HRIS Components, for example: building out Annual leave policies Independently Data Entry & Migration Evaluate and develop best practices aligned with HR & IT Processes Your profile: 2+ Years of Experience working with ADP's Human Capital Management solution (Payroll a bonus) Technical and Functional knowledge with ADP & Other HRIS tools Knowledge of Absence & Time procedures and policies in the HR-Software field Team player and you can work well with other departments and Independently Ambitious, eager to learn, and open to introducing new ways of working with HRIS to the organization.
This is a 100% remote position, that can be located in the United Kingdom, France or Spain.
