Admissions & Marketing Officer

We are looking for an Admissions & Marketing Officer to join our team in Sidmouth.

Role includes:
   Maintaining and developing active and cordial links with other schools.
This will include the planning of attendance at trade fairs, educational fairs and next step events at feeder schools, very occasionally there may be the need for International travel to our sister schools;
·       Identify (school and non-school based) feeder relationships within the local community and establish close working partnerships to generate new enquiries;
·       Identify new lines of enquiries to achieve the budgetary pupil number and implement necessary actions;
·       Develop relationships with local nurseries, schools and businesses within the catchment area and beyond to raise the profile of the school and support pupil recruitment;
·       Identify and establish UK boarding pupil opportunities;
·       Contributing to the School's marketing thinking, strategy and initiatives;
·       Liaising with our sister International schools regarding boarders, ensuring travel arrangements and visa requirements are met;
·       Collate monthly admission reports / registers;
·       First point of contact for prospective parents – organise school tours, Taster Days, liaising with Head of School;
·       Ensuring a smooth and positive transition through our Admissions process for new starters, including handling VISA requirements for our International Students where necessary.
