About the Role: We're seeking a proactive and organized Administrator/Resourcer to join our client's business-casual office team.
This role combines both proactive planning and reactive problem-solving to support smooth operations and optimal resourcing.
Once you're fully up and running, enjoy the flexibility of work-from-home Wednesdays and benefit from commission opportunities based on successful outcomes and performance.
Key Responsibilities: In this 180-role focused on resource and administrative support (no new business generation), you will: Coordinate staff scheduling and resource allocation to ensure that project demands are efficiently met.
Assist with recruitment processes, including screening candidates and scheduling interviews, to help build and maintain a strong team.
Serve as a point of contact for internal team members and clients, managing both proactive planning and reactive problem-solving for smooth project delivery.
What We're Looking For: Our ideal candidate brings: Experience in an administrative or resourcing role, ideally in a logistics, construction, or site services environment.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to balance proactive planning with quick response capabilities.
Excellent communication skills and a client-focused attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and comfort with scheduling or HR software.
A flexible and adaptable mindset to thrive in a fast-paced office setting.
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM Perks & Benefits: Competitive salary plus commission based on successful outcomes.
