The Role: Contacting our customers via text, telephone call and email the day before their appointments, Reducing the level of failed appointments Data entry Filing and document storing Accurate note taking Gathering feedback     The Candidate will need: Good administration skills Excellent attention to detail Data entry experience Good customer service skills To be comfortable and confident speaking to customers over the phone Good written communication skills To be a good team player Have multiple system knowledge   SUMMARY: This is an exciting role with opportunities to make a real difference to peoples lives, working Mon - Fri between 7.30am and 6.30pm on alternating shifts This is initially a 3 month position A DBS is required for this role at Enhanced - Adult level   INTERVIEW: The client is keen to fill this role quickly so if it is of interest, don't delay in sending your CV over to us so we can put your name forward for interview stage.
