Looking for a fulfilling payroll role where you will be working with a variety of clients within our payroll bureau?
We're seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator who can bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to join our successful payroll team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy team where you'll be managing multiple payrolls at any one time alongside a supportive team.

You'll work closely with the Payroll Manager to ensure payrolls are delivered efficiently and accurately whilst also managing the needs of our clients and delivering an excellent service.
You will have the ability to process multiple payrolls so being able to prioritise is a must, along with a high attention to detail.
The department processes high volumes of payrolls for a varying number of clients, so being able to remain calm under pressure is key.
We'll provide the support and training you need to ensure you're fully supported from day one of joining.

If you're someone with extensive experience in either payroll bureau, outsourced payroll or in-house payroll who can really hit the ground running then we want to hear from you!

Preparation of weekly and monthly payroll runs under the supervision of the Payroll Manager
Online client banking
Processing advised changes including tax code, bonus, pay rate by agreed cut off dates
Administering pension auto-enrolment
Calculating holiday pay, SMP, SSP, SPP
The successful candidate must be experience in utilising payroll software systems, knowledge on Employment Hero is desirable but not essential to the role.
