We're participating in a trial of the 4-Day Working Week (4DWW), which could result in working one day less per week.
The 4DWW will be implemented within Dibden Park School when we have a full staff complement, expected within the next year.

Key Responsibilities: To provide efficient, timely, and confidential administration support to staff and managers as needed.
To respond promptly and with flexibility to urgent or last-minute staff/service requirements.
To assist other members of the Administration Team with tasks that require additional staff to complete.
To undertake all duties in a manner calculated to minimize or avoid unnecessary risks.
To operate in accordance with Company policies and procedures, particularly Safeguarding, Adult/Child Protection, Complaints, and Representations, and Behaviour Policies.
