Woodlands provides specialist Level 2 Neurological Rehabilitation and Neurobehavioural services for adults in York.

What you'll be working: Working as part time admin Monday to Friday Liaising with CCG's and CHC's in regards to admissions and discharges and requesting funding.
Management of paperwork for admissions and discharges & creating folders for admissions Management of UKROC system Management of therapy timetables and patient timetables Arranging patient meetings and any other meetings required Upkeep of reports and spreadsheets Creating MDT paperwork on a weekly basis & setting up the files for MDT meeting What you'll have: We also want to ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable facilities to participate in job applications or interviews to perform essential job functions.
