Job summary We are looking for a flexible part time administrator to join our growing admin team.

This post provides essential administrative support to the clinical teams and partner organisations who provide assessment and support related to Autism in a variety of community settings.
The post holder will work as part of a team of administrators to make and receive patient telephone calls related to assessments.
This role will involve working flexibly across our administration teams within Children's Specialist Services to cross-cover as required.
Main duties of the job The successful candidate will: Have excellent communication, IT and customer service skills.
Undertake a range of administration tasks, including processing reports and letters.
Be a point of contact for enquiries and communication from patients, families and professionals with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
Prioritise and manage own workload and take personal responsibility for a number of specific tasks, providing cross cover for tasks/responsibilities for any service should the need arise.
Ensure accurate and relevant information is recorded on our clinical system database.
Work flexibly to meet the needs of the service You will receive full support and training to undertake all aspects of the role, you need to bring enthusiasm, energy and a flexible approach to work.

Person Specification Qualifications and Training Essential NVQ Level 3 in Business and Administration or equivalent level of knowledge Excellent keyboard skills / use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and OneNote Desirable Audio Typing skills SystmOne or equivalent clinical application knowledge Experience and Knowledge Essential Previous experience of administrative procedures and systems, such as answering queries, progress chasing, task related problem solving.
