Job summary We are currently recruiting into a full time administrator post within an existing team here in the Inpatient Unit at West Berkshire Community Hospital, Thatcham, Berkshire.
The post involves working both week days and some week ends and a degree of flexibility can be considered whilst ensuring that service need is met.
Our ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and be proficient in IT skills.
He / she will be adaptable to change, feel confident in suggesting new ideas and be a compassionate team player.

Main duties of the job Working within an existing administration team providing support and flexibility.
Be proficient in IT systems including Word, Outlook, Exell and Team Be able to produce and maintain spreadsheets recording relevant data for the unit.
Be confident and competent in liaising with all members of the team and agencies affiliated to our service.
Be a compassionate communicator when liaising with patients and their families.
To be skilled in gaining user feedback and monitoring our patient survey system.
To manage team sheets which distribute staff throughout the unit based on clinical banding, competence and experience.
