Your new company is a well-established organisation based in the heart of Swansea.
My client is looking for an experienced administrator who also possesses experience with customer service.
This is a permanent position, full-time, Monday-Friday.
The working hours are 8:30-17:00, and it is a fully office-based role.
Your new role Your new role will be to provide general administrative support to the office.
You will be responsible for undertaking any reasonable duties that are associated with administration within the department.
You will input and maintain data on all relevant IT systems, raise orders into the system, schedule and arrange appointments and liaise with internal staff as well as external contractors.
You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients and will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with those clients.
What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will be an individual who has developed great administration skills and has experience of working within a customer service environment.
You will be very organised and be capable of working in an efficient and effective manner.
