Description Casualty Administrator Location: Glasgow/Stoke-on-Trent/Leeds Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday Successful candidates will be required to attend one of our offices at least once a week at either Glasgow, Stoke-on-Trent or Leeds.
Our Opportunity: Davies are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join our growing Casualty team.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in Administration, have good time management and have the ability to prioritise their workload effectively.
What will your day look like: Monitor and manage online portals/ downloading documentation and attaching to correct files.
Reviewing Excel enquiry spread sheets cross-checking against our internal data to confirm any potential matches and carrying out further investigations on these.
Review and updating monthly bordereau's and ensuring data analysis is correct before issuing to the client.
Answer telephone calls as required and deal with general enquiries.
Photocopying/scanning.
Other tasks to support the business plan as and when necessary to ensure company business objectives are met.
Knowledge and Abilities: A good standard of written English Previous experience of working in an administration role Familiarity with standard office packages such as Word and Excel.
Demonstrate a high level of accuracy in data input and attention to detail.
Is proactive and resilient, seeking to get things done and at the same time deal with a variety of tasks.
Provides solutions rather than problems – shows initiative.
Able to demonstrate effective management of time and resources.
