Job Role: Administrator  Salary: 19k-24k  Location: Loughborough  Monday- Friday  My Client based in Loughborough are looking for a Administrator to join their team on a full time basis.
This is a role ideal for someone that has Administration experience or a graduate who is looking to expand their skills.
Key roles · Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required · Dealing with email enquiries as a Administrator · General office management such as ordering stationary · Diary management and arranging appointments, re scheduling appointments and cancelling jobs.
· Working closely with our site managers, operatives and sub contract labour to ensure jobs are completed within target.
· Uploading documents into our management system.
· Raising orders and updating system throughout job through to invoicing.
· Understanding KPI's and reports.
