Job DescriptionAdministrator required by my Salisbury based Automotive company.
You may have previously worked as an Administrator / Sales Administrator or Service Administrator within the Automotive industry.Hours are 7:45am to 5:45pm with an hour for lunch – Monday to FridayPay is £11.37 per hourLocation is SalisburyThe role is to work in the Aftersales department and to support the front-line team.Duties will includeTaking incoming booking calls, providing service quotes, and reserving loan cars / collection appointmentsRaising paper work / job packs in preparation of customer's appointmentsMaking outbound calls for: VHC follow-up to appoint customers, make booking appointments for specially ordered partsUpdating vehicle and customer recordsSupporting front-line staff with administration dutiesAbout youIdeally you will have experience in a similar position within the motor tradeYou will need excellent communication and telephone skillsHours are 7:45am to 5:45pm with an hour for lunch – Monday to FridayPay is £11.37 per hourLocation is Salisbury
