Providing Daily Administration Support to the Project lead and the wider site team Leading on the Police Vetting applications for Site Personnel First point of contact for all visitors - Based on Reception Supporting the Operations team with Daily Inductions / Turnstile Access Set up and maintain Project Directory Monthly recording of Environmental KPI's and Social Value figures Supporting the Social Value Manager with onsite activities Producing the Monthly Site Newsletter Assisting the Site Team with Health & Safety Admin Manage and order site consumables Skills Service focused at all times - strong appreciation of who the customer is (internal/external), what their needs are and how they can be delivered Takes ownership, be accountable and make things happen Finds solutions and practical ways to overcome barriers Thinks on feet and use initiative Well-presented and effective at communication Demonstrate a background working on site in a similar role Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel are essential
