Role Division: SOP AdministratorBased: Hemel HempsteadReporting to: SOP ManagerContract: Perm, Full timeMain GoalTo be the liaison point between Sales teams, Customers, Service and Warehouse staff ensuring the timely and accurate processing of all customer orders.
Provision of exemplary customer service to internal and external customers at all times.All SOP Administrators will be part of the full SOP Department which includes MPS, ICT and Collections and Resites.
Training across all functions will form part of the onboarding process so that we have full functioning cover across all teams at all times.Responsibilities/TasksOverseeing the deals going through the document work flow on allocated areaPrimary focus is on ensuring orders are processed accurately and on a timely basis.Checking of stock, updating of all in-house systems as requiredLiaison with internal departments to arrange deliveries and installationsLiaison with customers via email and telephoneLiaison with 3rd party carriersLiaison with suppliers via phone and emailInvoicing orders once processedAny other reasonable duties which relate to the smooth running and operation of thedepartmentKnowledge, Experience & SkillsBackground in customer service and working as part of a teamProven skills in multi tasking and taking ownership of workloadAble to thrive in a busy office environment, exhibit a sense of urgency, flexibility and high work standardComputer literateHigh degree of attention to detailHigh level of PC literacy required, skilled in standard MS applications.First class organisational skills with a proactive approachCompetencies & Key Success FactorsCommunication Skills (strong and confident)Interpersonal Skills (able to deal with all levelsProject/Resource Management (High level of self-management)Innovation CreativityProblem solving (Strong skills in managing the unexpected)Good educational backgroundBusiness Awareness (Wider business knowledge and understanding)Personal Effectiveness (Self-starter)What we can offer youSalary (Competitive)25 days holiday (All statutory bank holidays relevant to regional country) – 1 extra day after 5 years.
