Job summary We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Administrator to join our team at Gotts Park, a specialist supported living service that supports individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours that may challenge.Gotts Park is part of our Yorkshire Supported Living setting, based in Armley, Leeds.
We offer outcome focused care for adults with learning disabilities and associated complex needs who may have behaviours that challenge.Person-centred planning is at the heart of everything we do and we are able to meet the changing needs of our residents as they progress through their care pathway, while ensuring their safety is maintained and their independence supported.
Main duties of the job In this role you will...Promote and ensure the good reputation for each ServiceTo act as a positive role model, maintaining and demonstrating a positive attitude towards residents, their families, visitors and other staffPromptly invoice Clients and Local Authorities or person so responsible and follow up settlement of same using manual records and specialised computer softwareMaintain complete Staff files ensuring they are keep up to date and in line with Healthcare Commission regulationsEnsuring that HR system remains accurate with all staff data recordedProcess all payroll information on a weekly basis About us Cygnet has been providing a national network of high-quality specialist mental health services for more than 30 years.
