You will be responsible for providing specialist administrative support to the Post-Completion Hub, including working closely with the Post-Completion Manager to manage various business-critical processes associated with commercial property post-completion work carried out by that team.
An interest and/or experience of commercial property and/or Land Registry and SDLT/LTT processes is therefore desirable.
The specific assignments you will be working on include: producing regular reports based on data from our case management system, sharing this with relevant internal contacts and following up on action points, including monitoring compliance with and ensuring relevant deadlines are met; supporting Line Managers with the paralegal handover process including monitoring compliance with the absence and leaver's procedures; daily monitoring of the various channels and platforms via which we receive Land Registry correspondence, sharing this with paralegals and relevant internal contacts and updating our filing, case management and application submission systems (as applicable); identifying high priority and time sensitive correspondence (such as Land Registry warnings of cancellation, cancellations and requisitions) and liaising with paralegals and fee earners regarding these, escalating as appropriate in accordance with internal procedures; supporting with relevant payment and/or billing processes in relation to Land Registry applications and SDLT/LTT returns; providing general / ad hoc administrative support to the Post-Completion Hub and wider TST RE Leadership Team; Due to the dynamic nature of the work we do and the clients we seek to serve, the role is not an ordinary "9-5" job.
