Accept Recruitment is hiring for a diligent and detail-oriented Payroll & Admin Assistant to join our team in Kirby Muxloe, LE9.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with payroll, admin, or recruitment experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is flexible in adapting to additional tasks.
This role has the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee payroll management and ensure timely processing Accurately input data and manage systems Monitor and manage attendance records and clock-in data Prepare documentation and administration for new starters Upload essential documents and maintain records Coordinate with AM and PM shifts regarding operational needs What We're Looking For: Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Flexibility to support the team with additional tasks as needed Required experience with Microsoft Office Background in payroll, administration, or recruitment Additional Requirements: Must have own transport due to early start time and site location Benefits: 37.5-hour workweek Temporary-to-permanent contract opportunity for dedicated candidates Shifts and pay rate: · Monday – Friday · 6:00 – 15:00 · £12.00ph If you're ready to bring your payroll and administrative expertise to a supportive team environment, apply today!
