This role offers hours a week over 3 days, Monday; 09:00 to 17:00, Wednesday; 10:00 to 18:00 and Friday; 09:00 to 17:00.
Unfortunately, there is no flexibility with these hours.
Main duties of the job As our Administrator at Practice Plus Group MSK, Buckinghamshire you will provide a comprehensive administration and receptionist service to the unit ensuring that all patients are treated in a professional and courteous manner, endorsing the patient centred approach of the team.
Above all, you have a natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling and want to work in an environment where the work can be hard, but also fun and rewarding.
About us You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to stay calm in difficult circumstances as well as: Previous administration experience in a similar setting Competent data entry ability Sound knowledge and understanding of IT and software packages (Word/Excel) Ability to prioritise and work on own initiative Just as important though is your flexibility, belief in teamwork and your ability to use your initiative, follow instructions and prioritise a busy workload.
