It is time to bring in a strong administrator to support the Sweeper & Ex-Vac team as the business continues to expand into new regions and provide crucial services to Britain's infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities: Remain highly organised to plan and distribute the workload effectively.
Maintain accurate records of all driver holidays and absence.
Working closely with the Sweeper Manager and Transport Manager to provide collaborative support across the function.
Accurately complete timesheets for the team.
Support vehicle inspections and compliance events with the Transport Manager.
Find new ways of working, streamline processes and improve standards where possible.
Ensure that all health and safety requirements are met across the department.
Identify and report any department savings where possible.
Work with payroll to supply weekly timesheets.
Continued communication with customers to update arrivals and answer any queries.
To Be Successful - A genuine team player and the drive to succeed in all tasks.
Experience in an administrative role in a construction, assert rental or waste management company preferred.
Solid organisational skills - attention to detail and proactive mindset.
Natural ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
Strong IT skills across Microsoft Office Knowledge of plant machinery and the willingness to learn.
The ability to hold yourself to high-standards.
