Provides efficient and effective administrative support to the site, including document and report production, telephone enquiries, diary management, meeting and greeting visitors and other admin tasks.
Handle external and internal enquiries, passes on enquiries to correct departments.
Ensure that all information and documentation is correctly processed in line with policies and procedures in order that regulatory, statutory, compliance and financial requirements are met.
Maintaining audit trails, processing pay roll on a weekly and monthly basis.
Managing budgets for spends in each department, processing orders and dealing with invoices.
Division DBS info Disclosure All roles will be subject to a successful disclosure at an appropriate level from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), Access NI or Disclosure Scotland, and the cost of this will be covered by Priory.
