Job detail s Salary: £25,000-£27,000 Hours: 40   Total Hours per week (Monday-Friday) Contract: Permanent In a nutshell At Hopkins, our purpose is to always deliver high levels of customer service and industry knowledge.

As we continue to grow our network and expand our team across the south of the UK, with hubs already in Hampshire, East Sussex and Thames Valley, we are looking to further our reach and continue to deliver great service and innovative projects to our growing client base.
To provide high quality, efficient and effective administrative support for the successful running of the Company.
Maintaining a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors and customers in person and via telephone.

Day-to-day No two days are the same.
However, here are some example of what you day may look like: Provide high-quality administrative support services to all areas of the business Coordinate fleet management tasks, including liaison with service providers for repairs and maintenance, record and manage accidents and liaise with insurers, update and manage fleet databases and software systems, and other associated tasks Assist with the compilation of pre-qualification documentation to clients Attend meetings, take and issue minutes Type, compile, and prepare the formal distribution of company documents, to include forms, presentations, meeting agendas, reports and correspondence Coordinate the ordering and issue of PPE equipment for sites Monitor stock levels and order stationary as required Assist various departments with the archiving of required files and record management Provide reception holiday cover and daily answering of overflow calls Organise meetings and reserve meeting rooms when necessary Perform daily checks and tidying of meeting rooms General administration tasks to include printing, filing and laminating About you We are looking for a diverse range of applicants who have a real passion for the M&E industry, perhaps wanting to change careers or kick start their journey with us as one of the largest M&E business in the area.
