Job Title: Administrator Location: Enniskillen Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Salary: DOE Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:30 (with the option to finish at 16:00 on Friday) Part-time hours will also be considered We are currently seeking an Administrator to join our client's reputable construction company based in Enniskillen.
The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support across various functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for sales, operations, and logistics Process sales orders using internal systems Manage invoices and purchase order processing Perform general office duties, including record-keeping, filing, handling queries, and generating reports Assist with reception duties when needed Support TMS management Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Carry out additional duties as assigned by management Candidate Requirements: Proven experience in providing effective administrative support in a busy environment Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage workloads under pressure Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Previous experience in administration or customer-focused roles is desirable Knowledge of AS400 systems is an advantage Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently How to apply: Submit your CV to APPLY NOW!
