Administrator Reference PRI97589 Location Notts Hill House, Lower Warberry Road, Torquay, Devon, TQ1 1QY Priory Group Division Adult Care Salary £12 per hour Hours 32 hrs per week Vacancy Type Permanent - Part Time Job Advert Role Description We are looking for an administrator to join our team at Notts Hill House in Torquay, Devon, which is a residential service to support the specific needs of people with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) or neuro-degenerative conditions such as Motor Neurone Disease, or Multiple Sclerosis.
As site administrator you will provides efficient and effective administrative and secretarial support to the home, including document and report production, telephone enquiries, diary management, payroll input meeting and greeting visitors and other administrative tasks as appropriate.
The role holder will need have exceptional organisation, reception and clerical skills.
Duties include: Process payroll for monthly and weekly paid staff using the Priory Payroll systems working in conjunction with the Central Payroll Function.
Undertake the full remit of recruitment administration in conjunction with the Service Manager and the Central Resourcing Team to ensure that candidates move successfully through the recruitment lifecycle.
Process expenses, orders, raise cheques, deal with suppliers on a regular basis.
The post holder will be responsible for petty cash reconciliation and dealing with client monies.
The post holder will deal with incoming queries to the service and must have excellent customer service skills.
Undertake preparation for meetings and take minutes at meetings as requested.
Support the Service Manager and wider Service with Administration such as letters, memos, email communications.
Undertake diary management.
