We are looking for a part-time administrator to join our busy Milton Keynes area admin team.
You will be based at our Central office in Knowlhill as part of an experienced team that supports the managers, homes and services in Milton Keynes.
What will your day look like?
You'll provide a high level administration service to the management team, getting involved in the 101 tasks needed in a busy office, keeping records for the people who draw on our support and staff, as well as playing a key role in helping managers prepare for the implementation of Nourish digital care system.
This is a temporary role for a fixed term of 9 months, working 15 hours per week.
About you You will be an experienced administrator with a wealth of knowledge, looking to work in a supportive and friendly environment.
What's important is that you have: Excellent IT skills, including MS Office and, ideally, experience of online recruitment systems Great attention to detail The ability to work on your own initiative, sometimes under pressure Excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise your own workload Excellent communication skills, able to maintain relationships with external stakeholders, internal colleagues of all levels and the people who draw on our support.
A flexible approach to your work as well as a good sense of humour, willing to turn your hand to whatever needs to be done You must be a driver.
