Join us, and become the cornerstone of a place that cherishes every moment of care.You'll help us make health happen by:Working closely with the Admin Manager and heads of departments, you'll provide administrative support across the villageAnswering the phone in a friendly and courteous manner and acting as Receptionist for Head Office when requiredAssisting staff and visitors with arranging meetings, refreshments and paperworkTaking notes at meetings and maintaining the filing systemActing as Office Manager during absence as required Ensuring housekeeping within the office is of a high standardKey Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:With previous experience in an office environment, you're confident using Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
Friendly and professional, both face to face and over the phone, you're organised and able to work well within a team.
