Administrator

We have an immediate requirement for an experienced Administrator to work for our client in rural Canterbury.
Due to location, you will need your own transport.
You will be answering the phones coming in to the office and you will be processing orders on their bespoke system, with full training given.
You will deal with any queries and transfer calls through to the necessary departments.
You will deal with any e-mails that come in and assist with any general admin duties.
The hours of work will be either 8.00am - 4.30pm or 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
This will be with an immediate start for 2-3 months but with a possibility of it being extended further.
You must have previous office Administration experience, have an excellent telephone manner and good all round IT skills.
