Job summary We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated full time Administrator to join our dynamic team in Inner City and East Bristol to work in an integrated way with our partners in the Mental health and wellbeing Integrated Network Team (MINT) who support clients with moderate to high enduring mental health difficulties to find coping strategies personally and within their community.
Main duties of the job You will provide essential administrative support to the MINT Hub while contributing to the overall efficiency of the Hub.

Job description Job responsibilities Building strong relationships with MINT colleagues Providing administrative assistance to MINT, working closely with the MINT Manager Being organised and methodical in your approach Maintaining diaries and arranging meetings, taking minutes and keeping appropriate records Using a range of computer programmes to produce emails, letters, documents, spreadsheets, graphs and reports Championing the voice of voluntary sector organisations into MINT Being part of a revolutionary new way of providing support to people struggling with their mental health and wellbeing Person Specification Experience Essential Proven experience of working on own initiative and as part of a team Proven experience of providing administration support in a team environment Experience of setting up filing and other office systems Desirable Experience of working in the voluntary / health sector


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
