 We promote mental health and wellbeing by supporting people and communities to build brighter futures.We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated full time Administrator to join our dynamic team in Inner City and East Bristol to work in an integrated way with our partners in the Mental health and wellbeing Integrated Network Team (MINT) who support clients with moderate to high enduring mental health difficulties to find coping strategies personally and within their community.
You will provide essential administrative support to the MINT Hub while contributing to the overall efficiency of the Hub.About the roleWhy not join our team to support clients on their recovery journey by:building strong relationships with MINT colleaguesproviding administrative assistance to MINT, working closely with the MINT Managerbeing organised and methodical in your approachmaintaining diaries and arranging meetings, taking minutes and keeping appropriate recordsusing a range of computer programmes to produce emails, letters, documents, spreadsheets, graphs and reportschampioning the voice of voluntary sector organisations into MINTbeing part of a revolutionary new way of providing support to people struggling with their mental health and wellbeingBased at the Inner City & East Bristol MINT Hub at 97 to 107 Wilder Street, St. Pauls, Bristol BS2 8QU you will work as part of a multi-professional team with representatives from PCLS, Adult Social Care, AWP and other VCSE organisations, in order to complete support conversations and interventions with clients referred into the MINT hub.
You will also attend Multi-Disciplinary Discussions (MDDs) within the Hub to discuss referrals following a support conversation.Full details of this exciting opportunity can be found in the role profile. About youYou will:be passionate about improving the lived experience and health of people using mental health services..be a good communicator, with experience of working as part of a busy and dynamic team, liaising with partners, and contributing to the delivery of this valuable service.have proven administrative skills, dealing with multiple tasks and deadlinesbe able to take accurate meeting minutes and distribute them via email to large groupsbe confident in working independently from GP surgeries within the community, when required.be operationally line managed by the MINT Team Manager with input and support from the Second Step Partnership Manager/SeniorWhat we offerto be part of a friendly teaman in-depth induction to Second Step and MINT with all the relevant training and support you need to do your job wellmonthly one-to-one sessions with your MINT line managermonthly group support with your Second Step colleaguesmonthly group reflective practice with your Second Step colleagues26 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays (pro rata for part-time working).
