Job description: AdministratorLocation: Bournemouth, DorsetJob type: Full time, PermanentSalary: £11.96 per hourContracted Hours: 40 hours per weekAbout the RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Administrator to join our team at the Hub.
This role is central to maintaining our high standards and supporting our nurseries and teams.
You'll be the first point of contact for visitors, manage the Hub's daily operations, and support with various administrative tasks, including health & safety compliance, contractor certifications, and resource distribution to our nurseries.

Serve as front-of-house, answering calls and greeting visitors.Manage contractor and subcontractor records, including chasing certifications, DBS, and insurance.Coordinate and distribute resources, post, and nursery trays.Oversee the admin email account and update the company contact sheet weekly.Handle administration for new nursery settings, including parent leaver surveys and communications via MailChimp.Provide support for ADHOC projects, minute-taking, and action planning as required.Align with our values and colleague charter in all actions and interactions.
What are we looking for?
Reliable, enthusiastic, and a strong team player.Professional handling of sensitive and confidential information.Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.Ability to manage diverse tasks with strong verbal and written communication skills.Committed to continuous professional development and willing to undertake relevant training, including Level 3 Business Administration or Customer Service.
