Administrator Location : Birmingham (Hybrid) Salary : £25,000 Job Type : Permanent, Full-Time Latham & Bond HR are recruiting for our client, a not-for-profit organisation with over 100 years of history dedicated to reducing the risk of accidents in all aspects of life.

Key Responsibilities : Provide high-level administrative support to the Achievements departments, including Qualifications, Membership, Awards, and Events.
Manage a variety of tasks, such as processing bookings and handling telephone queries promptly and efficiently.
Support the administration of the Awards assessment process, including liaising with delegates and attending events when necessary.
Work collaboratively within a small team, sharing tasks and planning individual assignments effectively.
Ensure the accurate recording of data using Microsoft Excel and other data entry systems, including Microsoft Dynamics.
Adapt to changing priorities, juggling multiple tasks while adhering to regulated policies and procedures.
Attend Award ceremonies and related activities, with flexibility to work away from home when required.
Skills and Attributes : Proven experience in a similar administrative role.
Strong organisational skills with a meticulous approach to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Familiarity with data entry systems and Microsoft Dynamics, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Confident, approachable, and customer-focused, with experience liaising with senior stakeholders.
Flexible and adaptable to changes in workload and priorities.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
