Our client is seeking an Administrator to join their dynamic Customer Success team in Birmingham.
The company is a leading Employer of Record (EOR) firm, specialising in providing comprehensive employment solutions to businesses.
The Role: As an Administrator, you will:Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing emails, calls, and enquiries.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Assist in preparing reports and documentation.Manage employee expense reports, ensuring timely submission and resolving discrepancies.Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll, PTO, and expenses.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
The Candidate: To be successful as an Administrator, you should have: Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role.Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with expense management systems and CRM software is a plus.Knowledge of employment regulations and HR practices is desirable.
