Location: Belfast Department: Family Support Services Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Temporary Salary: £11.67 per hour About the Client: Our client, a reputable Family Support Services organisation, is dedicated to providing outstanding support services to individuals in need.
We are recruiting for this exciting opportunity to join their team as an Administrator.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide essential administrative support to the support services team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date client databases.
Coordinate appointments, schedules, and meetings for the support team.
- Respond to incoming calls, emails, and queries, and direct them to the appropriate staff or department.
- Offer general office management and organisational support.
Requirements: - Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within a support or service-based environment.
- Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in a healthcare, social services, or community support environment is a plus.
