We are recruiting for this exciting opportunity to join their team as an Administrator.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide essential administrative support to the support services team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date client databases.
Coordinate appointments, schedules, and meetings for the support team.
- Respond to incoming calls, emails, and queries, and direct them to the appropriate staff or department.
- Offer general office management and organisational support.
Requirements: - Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within a support or service-based environment.
- Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in a healthcare, social services, or community support environment is a plus.
