Do you possess excellent administrative skills and have good working relationships with colleagues.
You will be an excellent communicator and have the ability to prioritise your workload ensuring that work is completed in a safe and timely manner.
In addition, we are seeking someone who can warmly welcome patients when they are working in the reception area.
Main duties of the job Deliver high quality administrative and clerical support to the team.Liaise with internal and external teams such as information governance, finance, IT, estates, HR systems, single point of access teams.Take dictation and typing of minutes, letters including medical reportsMaintain databases, manage diaries, collate information and create reports.
Support the team with audit and service development.
Working for our organisation Starting with NELFTNELFT place a great deal of importance on new starters being properly welcomed and inducted into the Trust.
All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and will undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks which will include mandatory training, systems training and the allocation of equipment.
As part of the process new starters will have the opportunity to also meet the executive team, senior managers and attend a number of drop in sessions focussing in engagement, health and wellbeing and key processes.
The induction will be held at our head office in Rainham, Essex.Probationary PeriodThis post will be subject to a probationary period.
