Job DescriptionBefore applying for this job, it is important that you read the Applicant Guidance by clicking on this Location: Clashieknowe Intermediate Care Unit, AB23 8NADuration: Permanent, Full Time Job Purpose:This post is to provide administrative support to Clashieknowe Intermediate Care Unit which is a rehabilitation and reablement service for adults along with the Interim Care at Home Service who provide reablement support to people in their own homes in the community.Please note the interview will take approximately 45 minutes and will also involve a skills test which will take 30 minutes.
RequirementsThe post holder needs to hold as a minimum:Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme Record (PVG) or willing to become registeredECDL or willingness to obtainResponsibilitiesThe post holder needs to be able to demonstrate:Ability to undertake all duties in accordance with health and safety legislation, statutory obligations and BAC policiesAbility to communicate effectively with customers, staff and other stakeholders in line with required outcomesAbility to plan and manage a set workload with limited direct supervision, while at the same time recognising when matters need to be referred to a more senior managerAbility to manage priorities and deadlinesAbility to operate effectively as a member of a busy teamAbility to organise, take minutes and contribute to regular meetingsAbility to work flexibly in line with service delivery requirementsAbility to use MS Office Suite/ (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access) and adapt to new technologyThe IndividualPlease see Job Profile for further details
