Based in Belfast city centre, this position offers a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to work with a leading transport organisation in Northern Ireland.
The Administrator will serve as the first point of contact for customer queries and will manage communications with third-party organisations and members.
They will accurately enter data and maintain up-to-date records in the company's internal systems.
The Administrator will also provide vital administrative support to the wider team and play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience.
The right person for this role will have strong attention to detail, a proven background in customer service and administration, and solid numeracy skills.
They will require a professional telephone manner, the ability to thrive within fast-paced environments and be proficient in the use of MS Office, including Excel.
The role offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from £12.50-£13.50 depending on experience.
The office is based in Belfast city centre and requires a candidate available for an immediate start.
