Administrator (Hybrid)

Cognica are looking for an Administrator to join the busy Operations Team.
You will be required to come into the office in Swindon periodically as and when required for training & publication but the majority of the time you will be able to work from home.Key responsibilities:Initial calling to confirm Point of Contacts.Chasing up Subcontractors / Consultants via phone / email.Setting up user accounts and issuing login details.Report any updates to the Project Team.Ensuring all documentation is managed in compliance with processes, policies, and procedures.Provide support with regards to document numbering, and the application of metadata.Receive, upload and control project documentation.Attend project meetings to provide support and address any issues to ensure the effective flow of documentation.Person specification:Good MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).High level of attention to detail.Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Previous administrative / office experience, ideally supporting projects.Delivering projects either single or multiple concurrent to time, budget, quality, and agreed specification.Salary and benefits:Up to £23,500 depending on experience Contributory Pension SchemeLife AssuranceA flexible benefits programme including the option to buy additional holidays, private health care and discounted gym membershipsRegular training and career developmentPlease see the full job description under documents. RSK Group is an Equal Opportunities Employer.#Administration #rskfamilyRSK will not accept unsolicited CVs from agencies other than RSK PSL or Secondary agencies.
