Your role will be broad and will include project coordination, facilities and office management.Key Responsibilities include: -Provide support to the Studio Leadership teamSupport the Regional Studio Manager by implementing and maintaining business proceduresSupport Project Leads with fee and resource management, conduct project reviews, and update their project management softwareFacilities management for the office Provide project admin support to the teams, including creating documents, booking travel, printing reports and drawings etc.Front office duties including meeting and greeting high-profile clients, answering calls and managing meeting logisticsOrganise employee eventsKey Skills Required: -Previous experience in a similar administrative roleFlexible approach with the ability to prioritise multiple tasksStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent written and spoken communication skillsDemonstrate exceptional organisational skills and attention to detailCan work collaboratively within a team locally, regionally, and across the wider businessStrong MS Office skillsIf you are an experienced Administrator looking to work for a leading practice where you can add value, please get in touch to discuss further.
