The Role: Customer service role, contacting customers to arrange appointments Providing a first point of contact service for callers Offering an efficient, responsive and accountable administration service.
Working with customers and colleagues in fast changing environment.
Fulfilling data entry tasks     The Candidate: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Understanding of call centre environment Experience of office procedures Great communication and administration skills Ability to maintain accurate records of information   SUMMARY: This is full time role, working a 37 hour week over 5 days.
