Job summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated part time administrator to support the Financial Strategy & Assurance Reporting Team.As a Senior Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive administrative support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Your responsibilities will involve all aspects of hospital business supporting the Trust's performance reporting to the Executive team.This includes supporting the production of the monthly Integrated Performance Report for the Board of Directors, administration of monthly assurance meetings between the Executive team and divisional leaders, as well as assisting with the annual business planning process for both clinical and corporate areas.This is a great opportunity to gain experience of working within a support role in the Trust, and provides the flexibility of working from home to support your work/life balance.
Main duties of the job Provide high level of administrative support to the Financial Strategy & Assurance Reporting team.
Ensuring that the tasks stated under the responsibilities and accountabilities section are delivered to a high standard level.
Consistent provision of higher level comprehensive and efficient secretarial/ administrative support Manage, prioritise, plan and organise own time and co-ordinate that of your team if appropriate, using extensive knowledge, skills and experience.
Provide leadership that encourages high performance from other staff within your team, with the aim of maintaining optimum efficiency within the department.

Person Specification Experience Essential Previous administrative role Working collaboratively as part of a team Advanced IT Systems including - Microsoft Office Experience of communicating with a range of people both within and external to the organisation Experience of dealing with non-routine administrative matters Desirable NHS experience Experience within relevant work area Experience of working with members of the public Supervision/co-ordination of other team members Qualifications Essential GCSE grade 5/C or equivalent in English and Maths NVQ level 3 in administration/secretarial or equivalent Knowledge Essential Confidentiality and Data Protection Customer service NHS Knowledge of relevant work area and specialist terminology
