The role is a 4-day working week and is based in Belfast.
The Administrator will play a key role in supporting the team and ensuring smooth operations by: Coordinating rehearsal space bookings and assisting with event organisation Providing administrative support to the marketing department on various tasks Acting as the primary point of contact for external parties and associates Assisting with travel arrangements and logistics Handling front-of-house duties and preparing welcome packs for artists Reconciling expenses and preparing reports using Microsoft Excel Taking minutes during meetings and ensuring follow-up actions are noted The right person for the role will bring strong administrative experience and a genuine interest in the Arts.
They will possess a positive, proactive attitude and have the ability to confidently manage relationships with external suppliers and associates.
Adaptable and organised, they will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask effectively.
Flexibility to attend occasional evening events is essential.
This role offers a 4-day working week with a modern office environment in Belfast.
Working hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with an attractive pro-rata salary of £23,000.
