Hours - 37.5 Hours - Mon-Fri-08:30-17:00 Salary - £25,000 + Benefits Package Responsibilities: Answering incoming calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate person Assisting with customer queries in a timely and professional manner Arranging collections from customers Arranging delivery of consumables to customers Processing of subcontracted samples Sales order processing E-mailing customer statements Purchase order processing Essential Criteria: Proven admin or assistant experience Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills Proficient in MS Office/Excel Knowledge of Sage Be reliable & committed.
