You will work as part of the admin and support team helping to supporting the clinicians.
This opportunity will allow you to use your administrative skills and to establish good working relationships with colleagues.
You will be an excellent communicator and have the ability to prioritise your workload ensuring that work is completed in a safe and timely manner.

Main duties of the job The main responsibilities of the post include: typing/editing of letters; managing registration of referrals, booking appointments, taking calls/messages and communicating these effectively within the team; ensuring the email inbox is up-to-date; using the electronic patient record system and tasks; ordering equipment and supplies; working with internal administrative processes.
You will also be asked to cover reception and warmly welcome patients and families/carers into our building.
Working for our organisation Starting with NELFTNELFT place a great deal of importance on new starters being properly welcomed and inducted into the Trust.
All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and will undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks which will include mandatory training, systems training and the allocation of equipment.
As part of the process new starters will have the opportunity to also meet the executive team, senior managers and attend a number of drop in sessions focusing in engagement, health and wellbeing and key processes.
The induction will be held at our head office in Rainham, Essex.
Salary This post is part time and based on per week the Pro-Rata starting Band 3 salary is approx £14,443 per year.
High Cost Area Supplement This post also attracts payment for High Cost Area Supplement of 5% of the basic salary (minimum payment of £1,258 and a maximum payment of £2,122 per annum pro rata).
