Our approach is simple and focused - to develop positive long-term partnerships with our healthcare professionals and clients, from registration services and advice through to relocation and aftercare all tailored to individual needs.
We're currently looking for an administrative officer who will work across a number of departments, namely in Governance & Compliance, with a focus on quality standards.
Requirements Arrange and facilitate meetings with relevant stakeholders, including preparing agendas and minute-taking where required Engage with relevant stakeholders to gain relevant data on company adherence to established quality and governance standards Ensure that all governance-related documents are retained and published within agreed timescales Manage the retention and organisation of quality and governance records Assist in the development and implementation of company quality and governance procedures, aimed at continual improvement Report to Company Directors on stakeholder engagement in governance procedures Skills 1-2 Years with prior experience in an administrative role within a quality assurance, compliance or governance setting Strong organisational and project management skills Communication skills - the ability to engage with senior stakeholders, internally and externally An excellent understanding of data protection and management Benefits 32 days Annual leave (including 10 days bank holidays) Length of service increase (3, 5, 7 years resulting in an additional 6 days Annual Leave) Company Sick Pay Generous Maternity Pay Death in Service Benefit Nest Pension On-site parking Training and development programs Reduced corporate rate gym membership Employee Assistance Programs HR123
