Administrative officer, full-time, temporary Your new company A Large Public Sector Organisation are recruiting for a temporary administrative officer to join the team.
Your New Role Handling telephone and email enquiries Checking, scanning, and renaming submission forms Interacting with databases for uploading and sending results Creating individual animal and accreditation certificates Generating invoice statements using Excel Processing new applications for health schemes Compiling stationery orders Sending sample requests to lab contacts Filing documents What you'll need to succeed A minimum of 5 GCSEs including a science subject Effective communication skills Ability to work as part of a team Ability to work flexible working hours A general science background and experience of working in a laboratory environment What you'll get in return £ an hour 3 months temporary with the possibility of extension East Belfast location Immediate start Online Timesheets Access to learning and development courses Access to retailer discounts
