Provide administrative support to various departments. Assist with scheduling, event planning, and office coordination. Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring they are directed appropriately. Organize team lunches and assist with related logistics. Pack and organize eBay items for shipment. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned. Work directly with our Trustees. Requirements Previous administrative or office-based experience is essential. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritise, and meet deadlines. A reliable, proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently. Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion. Additional Details Hours: This is a part-time role, requiring 1-2 days of in-office work per week, which could easily expand to full-time.
