The role: Be the face of the company offering the warmest of welcomes to visitors and colleagues Support all aspects of administration, secretarial and office management tasks Delivery of end of month financial information and expenses reconciliation.
Help promote and maintain a professional office environment Work closely with the immediate team, colleagues and external stakeholders and play your crucial part in the wider company efforts.
Act as a point of contact for all office-related queries or concerns.
Receive and manage deliveries, including team lunches.
